R.N. Johnson Creative Marketing is a family business. Our experience includes both traditional and digital media: from print advertising to web development and more. Today, we produce mobile marketing campaigns, Internet advertising, and compelling websites. You will find our strategic design skills at work in sales collateral, logo development and other programs. For Internet marketing our goal is to gain improved results and conversions from client websites and landing pages within a reasonable period of time. Your site should reflect high standards of usability and content (and never become a mere status symbol for the designer). It should help you drive sales, which is something we keep firmly in mind at all times (websites that “work”).

History

Founded 1950 on LaSalle Street in Chicago, R.N. Johnson Advertising devoted its early resources and talent to a fast growing world of electronics, travel, and business-to-business advertising. The Agency offered creative strength, financial stability and a solid reputation in local and national media. Some of our past clients include Loyola University Medical Center, Tellabs, Outside Magazine, Mr. Travel, Newark Electronics, Himmelstein & Company and Topcon Midwest (for current work see our portfolio).

Gregory R. Johnson assumed control of the agency in the late 1990′s and moved the agency from a traditional advertising model, to a more broadly defined approach that coupled branding, sales collateral, direct response, digital design, Web development and strategic planning. As Web priorities continued to evolve, the agency developed a core set of Internet marketing capabilities.

The agency has always believed in marketing with strength, simplicity and persuasiveness in communicating an essential message. We believe in total communication and stress the value of an organic, integrated approach to marketing.
